There were a few mixed reviews with boots on Jessica Alba and Fergie recently. I love boots, so I understand the weakness to wanting to wear them year round. Jessica's tall pirate boots are sexy, sweetened up with a short ruffle mini dress and tights. She makes it all work with a fab purse, and her usual dark glasses and scarf. Classy starlet.
